Nestled in the rolling hills above the Pacific Palisades, this distinctive residence embodies a sophisticated synthesis of past and present. Built by renowned architect Kevin A. Clark in the style of a 1930s Spanish Colonial, the interiors were intentionally designed to complement the architectural details, installing authentic period tiles, antique Spanish tile flooring, and custom cabinetry. Arched hallways frame intricate millwork and subtle metallic accents that add light, depth, and visual intrigue.

Inspired by the client’s impeccable taste, Parrish and the team carefully layered in heirlooms from their collection of antiques. Creating a harmony of eras, the home stands as a quietly bold statement, where tradition and modernity live side by side.
